This blog is just a way for us to keep notes on the different properties and neighborhoods that our team sees every day as Realtors in Denver, CO.  It will attempt to focus on Denver lofts, but will also occasionally comment on single family homes  and investment properties throughout central Denver.  As it grows, we hope that it will become a source of detailed information on the new listings, the great downtown loft scene, and the different and unique neighborhoods of Denver, Colorado.

In an ideal world, we would be able to write our honest opinion about every home and loft we see.  It would be nice to to be able to separate the good from the bad, and to offer our thoughts about pricing.  Maybe that will happen at some point.  For now, we will only post general property information and sales data about the homes and lofts we see, without interpretation.  We would prefer not to post negative information that could potentially affect the value of a home that someone needs to sell.  We will let the market take care of that.
