This is a new listing in the Ajax Lofts, located at 2955 Inca Street.  We haven’t talked about this building yet – these lofts were built in 2001, and are close to Coors Field and Lower Downtown Denver.  Known as “Prospect Place”, the neighborhood is not far from the Riverfront area, but located on the downtown side of the railroad tracks, with a mix of lofts, shops, bistros and galleries designed around a community plaza, or rather, piazza.  It’s all been designed with European Flair to evoke an Italian Village.
