Since the beginning of 2007, there have been 43 1 bedroom / 1 bath units sold between 700 and 900 square feet.  The average sale price of these units is $343,538, which works out to $420.18 per square foot.

Although the units on the lower floors of the Glass House tend to sell at a bit of a discount, this is definitely a loft worth considering if you would like to get into a newer building at this price point.
