Unit 5D, 1 bedroom and 2 baths, with 1,206 Square Feet sold for $649,000 in February of 2008 – $516.72 per square foot.

Unit 2A, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, with 1,373 Square feet is currently under contract after only 7 days on the market.  List price was $489,900 ($356.81 psf).

Unit 4E , 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and 2,200 Square Feet is also under contract.  List price was $995,000 ($452.27 psf).
