This is the lowest price a new listing in the Glass House, out of 29 currently available listings.  At 800 square feet, with 1 bedroom and 1 bath, Unit 404 is priced at $375.00 $393.69 per square foot.  To compare, there is a 1bd/1ba 793 square foot loft on the 20th floor listed at $439,900 ($554 psf).  There are a total of 12 one bedroom, one bath units available, ranging in price from $308,000 to $445,000 (958 Square Feet).

Since the beginning of 2007, there have been 43 1 bedroom / 1 bath units sold between 700 and 900 square feet.  The average sale price of these units is $343,538, which works out to $420.18 per square foot.
